Rutland Mansion St. Petersburg

Color Changing LED Lanscape lighting system.

The owners of the mansion wanted a landscape lighting system that would give them the flexibility to change the look of thier property to fit different events that were held at the mansion.

Phillips ColorBlast 12" and ColorBlast 6" fixtures were used to light various hightlights of the mansion. The same type of fixtures were used to light the multple Grand Oak trees on the property and around the pool.

The pool house was done with eWCove RGB fixtures to provide flexibility of design.

Real Building South Tampa Home

Whole home LED solution for 2550 sq. ft. | 4 bedroom | 3 bathrooms | 2 car garage with studio [750 sq.ft | 1 bed | 1 bath] house in South Tampa.

Real Buiding wanted a lighting solution that would fit with their vision of a Platinum Certified LEED home. This home will incorporate state of the art conservation methods and technologies. The Home Owners wanted a sustainable, enviromentaly friendly home and the LED lighting solution was a natural selection.

Cree 6" Reccessed Down Lights will provide general illumintion throughout the house. The entire basic illumination system will only consume 1,000 watts with all of the fixtures on.
White Cove Lighting provided by Phillips eWcove Powercore fixtures will give the home its architecual lighting and will accent the construction of this unique home.

Outside, the house will be built around a Grand Oak tree with LED Landscape Lighting providing accent to the tree and surrounding areas. Phillips Colorblast RGB and White lighting will be used for all of the outside elements.

Carlson Studio Architects Sarasota

White Down lighting with RGB Color Changing Up lighting in extruded ceiling.
Fixtures: 10 Ewcove Powercore white fixtures, 8 iColorcoveMX RGB fixtures with Colordial control.

White fixtures will provide wash for the entire living room. RGB Fixtures are color changing and capable of 16 million different colors.
This will give the customer the ability to choose the color of their ceiling and change it as often as they like.

Bright Woodworks Undercabinet and Showroom Downlights

White Undercabinet lighting and ceiling downlight.
Fixtures: 2 41" eW Profile Undercabinet lights, 8 eW Downlight fixtures.

Bright White fixtures used throughout the room. Color temperature 2800K. Fixtures also available in daylight temperature (4700K)
